Minimum Order Size

  • There is no minimum order quantity for custom screen printing one or two print colors
  • The minimum order quantity for custom screen printing three to nine print colors is 10 pieces
  • There is a minimum of 5 pieces per ink color change
  • There is no minimum order quantity for heat applied vinyl services

Turnaround Time

We take pride in our exceptionally fast 5 business day turnaround. A custom decorated garment order has many moving parts whose timing and sequence are key to getting your order done on time. Please understand that delays caused by the client, including post-approval art changes and garment selection adjustments are beyond our control and may cause the in-hand date to be delayed in lieu of rush fees.

Our turnaround time begins the business day after all the following have occured:

  • You approve the final invoice, in writing or via e-mail
  • We receive a 50% deposit on the invoice
  • We approve your provided art or concept
  • We verify exact stock availability for your order

Once the starting conditions are met, the next business day is considered “Day 1”

Day 1: We order your blank garments from one of our warehouses. We begin creating your digital art proof. If the proof gets completed, we will email it to you for approval.

Day 2: You will receive our digital art proof at your supplied email address on day 1 or day 2. Please approve the proof or request edits promptly as your order status will remain on day 2 until the art proof is approved.

Day 3: The business day after you approve our digital art proof we output films, burn screens, and verify inventory. All garments will be counted in bulk (dozens, or however they are packaged by the manufacturer). We cannot inspect each garment or count them in individually. Manufacturer and distributor defects or mis-shipments will delay production until all garments are received.

Day 4: Your order is in queue to be printed. If everything goes as planned we will be contacting you to let you know that your order is complete.

Day 5: Your completed order will be ready to be shipped by the end of the day upon payment of the remaining balance. Orders needed before the end of the business day on day 5 are considered due the day before and will incur a rush charge.


Rush Order Processing

To push an order through our system faster than normal requires rescheduling other jobs, running overtime shifts, or some combination of both. Make sure to check with us before assuming that we can rush your job. If we can make it happen, rush production costs 20% per business day that you need the order to be rushed. Rush orders require 100% deposit. Discounts are not available on rush orders.

  • same day: 100%
  • 1 business day: 80%
  • 2 business days: 60%
  • 3 business days: 40%
  • 4 business days: 20%

Quality Guarantee

If there is ever a problem with one of your orders please contact us immediately so that we may address the issue. If we made a mistake we will do anything within our abilities to correct it. We cannot be responsible for art or typographical errors that have been approved for printing by the customer.


Re-Orders

All screen printing orders, including re-orders are independently priced according to the quantity of prints in the order. If there are no art changes there won’t be any art fees on the re-order. We will ask you to re-approve the art proof.
